Payments
You can pay using Pay Pal, money order, cashier's check, or personal check. Please note that if you are using anyone of the last three methods, you must wait until payment clears before your order will be shipped.
All blends come with vegetables and cactus, if you don't want these included there will be an extra charge.

Deliveries are guaranteed as long as someone is home to receive the package on arrival(so it does not end up in the heat, cold or exposed to ants). In order for us to know that your order was bad you will need to email us.
If low temperatures are less than 30 degrees and the high temperatures are 90 degrees or more-we may at our discretion have the package held at the FedEx office. Please include phone number where you wish to be contacted for package pick-up. We may also require a signature during extreme temperatures. If no one can be available please notify us so the package can be held at FedEx.
If you do not wish to have the package held please mention this in the optional instructions section of the order form along with a comment stating that you understand that the delivery guarantee policy is void.
Shipping is done via FedEx. Most orders take 2-3 days to arrive. A FedEx tracking number, if applicable, will be sent by email when the order has shipped. You can track at www.fedex.com <http://www.fedex.com/>.
We are not responsible for carriers error. FedEx automatically insures each package up to $100.00, if packages goes undelivered or is damaged we will file a claim for you, once FedEx has processed and sent the refund we will immediately forward it to you.

Shipping will only be done on Mondays. This is to allow orders ample time to arrive. If the Monday is a holiday we will ship the following Monday. Orders must be received by Saturday at noon (central time) for Monday shipping.
We can no longer guarantee orders going to Colorado or California. If the order doesn't arrive on time we can file a claim with FedEx for you. This can take up to two weeks.

Q.) What happens when an order is placed?
A.) Nothing is prepackaged. When an order is placed, we freshly cut the plants/vegetables, bag them, and ship with an ice pack.
Q.)What if I order a blend that contains animal protein?
A.) The animal protein & vegetables/plants are bagged separately.
Q.) Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A.) If you purchased a "subscription", either monthly, quarterly, half a year, or one year. To inquire about this please email sales@reptileeats.com <mailto:sales@reptileeats.com>. We also offer discounts for breeders and dealers who place larger orders.
Q.) What if my reptile doesn't like an item in the blend?
A.)Email us at sales@reptileeats.com <mailto:sales@reptileeats.com> and we can make a special blend.
Q.) Last week there was 10 different items and this week there is 12?
A.) Some items in the blends are seasonal and we also try to keep a variety going for your reptile.
Q.) What if I place an item in my cart and it shows up different from what I wanted?

A.) Yes, they are wash thoroughly.
Q.) What was your reason for starting this business?
A.) The frustration of not knowing where my vegetables were coming from, not being able to find a nice variety of foods and not knowing what chemicals were being put on the foods I bought all led to the idea of this business. Everywhere we have looked on the web were questions and concerns about what foods were edible and what foods were not. We also know if organic, natural foods are offered, they would produce a healthier reptile.
Q.) Do you have experience in both herps & the greenhouse industry?
A.) Yes,
Greenhouse industry--- I've been in the greenhouse industry for 10 years, the last five years supplying Super K-Marts.
Herps---I've dealt with reptiles since I was a kid.
